Appointments
Entering into therapy can be daunting so it's important to feel comfortable with your chosen therapist. I offer a free 30 minute initial appointment which allows us to briefly discuss your reasons for coming into therapy, your needs and goals, and to establish whether we can work together.
After the initial session my fees are £45 for 55 minutes. (concessions available)
I am very lucky to work in a private and comfortable therapy room in my garden in Ramsbottom, near Bury.
Everybody's therapy journey is different and can vary in length from a few weeks to several years. I encourage periodic reviews to make sure that you are getting what you need and are heading in the right direction.

Head, Heart & Soul Therapy is located in Ramsbottom. There are good bus links from the centre of Bury. The nearest bus stop is approximately 5 minutes walk from my therapy room.
